In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the vesabet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or Philippine mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. vesabet is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 3.5 KYC Verification. vesabet is required to verify the identity of Players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, such as a Philippine System Identification (PhilSys) card, passport, or driver's license, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. vesabet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. vesabet applies an anti-money laundering policy requiring that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the deposited amount. Winnings in excess of the deposited amount may be withdrawn via any verified payment method on the account.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. vesabet reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, which will be communicated to the Player via their registered email address prior to any deduction.
5.1 vesabet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. vesabet reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other Players.
5.4 vesabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account.
